1. A visit to the Stasi Museum in Berlin.
2. The 1974 Francis Ford Coppola film The Conversation.
3. The Ladybird children’s book series People at Work.
On Tape investigates the manipulation of sound and its surreptitious use as an aural weapon against those deemed hostile to state or government interests.
